What Causes Pricking Sensation In The Anus?
I have pricking in my anus whenever i walk or sit.......i have no constipation......blood has come once before 1 year ago..........the stools are not hard.......no pain during passing stools.........no blood at all.........bt a pin pricking all the time.....what is it?

It can be anal fissure. However we have to rule out other conditions which can also present like this. As of now you can take laxatives like lactulose for symptomatic management. If pain and sensations persist, better to consult general surgeon and get evaluated.
