What Causes Prickly Pain In My Stomach?

Age : 24
Gender : Male
I have pin in stomach from past 7 days at center bottom area. It occur 2 to 5 times daily for 1 to 2 min. It is not pointing pain and this is normal pain in stomach. Please advice what is this.

Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern and this could be abdominal colicky pain and this can be initially manage with Tab Dicyclomine with Acetaminophen three times in day, if pain does not improved then this can be brought to investigation and plain x- ray abdomen would be the first test need to be done, take care.
