What Causes Prickly Sensation Around The Sternum?
I am a 47 year old female without any cardiac history. My only medical problem is hashimoto s disease. For the past couple of days I have had a sharp, prickly sensation on either side of my sternum. It has happened when I was resting watching TV, or walking. It is usually mild, though did take my breath away for a moment a couple of times. It comes in waves and is short lived, only a second or two. No other unusual symptoms.
