What Causes Problem In Blood Flow?
Hey...I have been feeling as if a vein is having a hard time with blood flow on my left arm and before it was my right arm I am praying that it isn t serious plus I notice my heart beats hard if I bend down or do sudden movement as well it is not healthy I am only 21 also

Your just 21 yrs old and dont think of seriously regarding your veins.its quite common to hear our own heart beat when we are anxious.i dont think you have any problem in your veins that too migrating in nature first in right & now in left. To releive your anxiety i may advise doppler study for veins.
