What Causes Profuse Sweating After Giving Adol Syrup To A Child?

I have a 3.5 years son. He is suffering from fever. Last night, I gave him ADOL Syrup 4ml. Then after half hour he started sweating profusely that his clothes also got wet. Is this normal. Please note that he has CYST in the right Lung. Please advice.

I really appreciate your concern, it can be viral infection, with the history of some lung pathophysiological changes then it need to be taken into consideration along with present suspected viral infection, it is better to take care of this hope this information helps.
