Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I am a female over 65 and have high blood pressure for which I am being successfully treated. My PMD takes blood every 6 months and, with the exception of cholesterol, he is pleased. I walk every day. I am post menopausal (of course) and sweat profusely every day and at least once during the night. Each day I consume two cups of coffee, water and wine. I do not drink soda or sports drinks. During the cooler months, I neglect to drink much water and find that I start to shake in the afternoon. I suspect the shaking is due to dehydration, but since I have not experienced this before this year (I recently retired and relocated) I would like your feedback. Thank you.
