My husband recently broke out into a profuse sweat, could hear hos heartbeat like someone was pounding a wall with a hammer, was sick to his stomach, could not stand for a while, but we finally got him into the house. His BP was 124-64 - then 11-53 -- both times his pulse was 59

Your details are highly incomplete. Who will tell me his age? What was he doing at that time? Was there any pain chest, or vomiting? Was he taken to a hospital? Was an ECG done?This BP of 124 / 64 is ok for a youngster . You have to give me all the details for me to give a definite diagnosis. Ask him to send me his ECG on my whats app, I shall be able to solve his problem.
