54y female. fatigue and an episode of profuse sweating this morning- For apparently no reason. While standing talking. 6 tall 230 lbs. excersize: 5 times a week - a 3 mile walk. No chest pains. Took progesterone for a year but have been medication free since Feb. Take 3 advil at night to sleep due to knees pain. Just feel off.... maybe a bit weak as well. Wondering if its a hormonal thing or if I should get it checked out. Sure appreciate your insight
Thanks for consulting at my virtual clinic. I have carefully worked through your case, and I can realize your health worries. Being your physician, I assure you not to worry as I will take care all of your medical concerns.
Advil also causes the problem itself. It leads to sweating. Its the obvious reason for your issues.
Secondly you should check your fasting blood sugar levels and consult your physician for diagnosis of diabetes. Diabetes also causes profuse sweating.
Hope it helps. If you need further, detailed and quick assistance related to any health issues in future, feel free to 'ask me a question' directly from my profile.
Have a wonderful time ahead.
Best Regards!
