What Causes Profuse Sweating?

I regularly have freezing spells with a 94 degree temp to extreme sweating. My adrenal and pituitary gland numbers bounce. I am overweight and can no longer work or play due to back surgeries. The freezing spells are pure torture and doctors are offering nothing.
