What Causes Profuse Sweating?

I can suddenly sweat profusely setting or active . It is only my neck and head that suddenly become very hot and wet . I am taking encitalpram and occasionally take on tramado for arthritis pain . Could there be a combination of those two drugs cause sudden sweating episodes.

If heavy sweating has no underlying medical cause its called primary hyperhidrsis. This type occurs when the nerves responsible for triggering your sweat glands become overactive and call for more perspiration even when it's not needed.
