Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
My face getting dark day by day and now my body have more brighter then my face. What is the reason or i have any problem or side effects. I have take care of sun light and pollutions also. Staying away from sunlight after that i also have such problem so what should i do ?
Based on the history you have shared, it's better to use sunblocks with SPF 30 and above instead of quoting sun exposure altogether.
Sunblocks will be used in particular areas and thus help with darkening prevention and the rest of the useful effects are still achieved like vitamin D formation etc.
However, if problem persists, a dermatologist review and consideration of UV therapy may be an option.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
Regards,
Dr Saddiq Ulabidin, General & Family Physician
