What Causes Prolonged Delay In Periods Post Tubal Ligation?

I had my tubes tired and burned Jan. 2009. I haven t had a cycle since April 25,2016. I was told a few weeks back I have a cyst on my right ovary. I went to the hospital today to have an unltrasound and pelvis exam done. The tech really scared me!! she kept asking when did I have my tubes tired and was I hurting!!??! my response was no.. She said something about she saw fluid were doing the pelvis exam.. Should I be concerned

Hello,

You have not mentioned anything about your USG report. Since the treating doctor complained of some fluid in endometrial cavity, you should be concerned. You are suggested to get treated at the earliest. It can be due to cyst, polyp, fibroid, PCOS, infection, endometrial thickening, endometrial hyperplasia or cancer.
