They give me médicine through IV and told me it will take 6-7 hr to get better. I went back home. next morning headache was gone but not the dizziness. They told me because of the flu I had a headache and magrine. they never explain me why was I Dizzy. It has been a week. i still feel Dizzy and headache. I take advil almost everyday. This weekend I had a symptoms of flu again (heavy runny nose and headache, low energy). I have no family doctor. I don t know what s happening and what to do. Thanks In advance for your help.
Cannot say in your particular case, but generally, headache can be from a wide range of causes but dizziness is from either a brain or blood pressure or ear problem. They are distinguishable. The brain issues are with overall discoordination and balance and fairly severe. The blood pressure is different. It is not room spinning and is feeling like passing out. The ear issues are also different from the feeling of blacking out and are room spinning. An ear infection can do this but also irritation of the nerves in the ear can do this also.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
