What Causes Prolonged Fever Along With Joint Ache?
My Mother has fever for last 14 days .Her fever ranges 99.2 -3 everytime ..... typhoid test is positive.Before fever her Bp was Highbut now her B.p is normal.But she has full body joints pain specially knee medial and lateral malleoli and wrist .Please diagnose it and tell me the treatment.

So this low-grade fever along with joints pain points more towards viral infection rather than typhoid. Viral fever is self-limiting. Just take Paracetamol for pain and fever. Drink plenty of fluids. Get platelet counts tested.
