What Causes Prolonged Menstrual Bleeding?

HI im 36 y/o im having a non stop very light menstruation for almost three months now, sometimes its bloodred sometimes its reddish brown, no pain, no cramps and i didnt have heavy flows during this period, what is wrong with me?
