What Causes Prolonged Menstruation While On Implanon?
hi I know it’s weird to ask but ever since i got my period it has been 7 days but after i got the implanon and was sexually intimate for the first time my period stretched out to about 15-19 days can you please tell me why that is, if i have anything to worry about and is there away to bring it back to normal

While on Implanon, irregular bleeding may occur but it generally settles down in three months once the body gets adjusted. Its due to temporary hormonal imbalances.
No worries, whatever the bleeding pattern Implanon is still effective. For relieving from bleeding discomforts you can take Nurofen or any period pain medication for 3-5 days.
