What Causes Prolonged Nose Block?
Hi, I was wondering if this could be a sinus and if not what can it be, my boyfriend has allergies and after the allergies one of his nostrils clogs up through the summer or even longer like a year, he can only breathe normally through one nostril. What can this be?

Hello,
It may be due to chronic sinusitis.
For that you can use nasal saline drops locally.
Continue steam inhalation and Betadine gargle twice a day.
You may require X sinus, complete hemogram after ENT consultation.
