What Causes Prolonged Sinusitis With Pain In Face And Neck?

I have sinusitis that bad the pain in my face and and neck is that bad I cant bear ot any longer.i am dizzy feel ill and my eyes have blackened and on occasions I can t see because I cant open eyes from the pain.the docs won t give antibiotics which I understand bit can t get referral either. I ve been suffering for 7 years and also have M E

Thanks for your query, I have gone through your query.
The pain in the face and neck region is secondary to sinus infection. The pain in the neck can be because of the regional lymphadenopathy. Nothing to be panic, consult a ENT surgeon and get it evaluated. Mean while you can take a course of antiboiotics like amoxicillin and metronidazole(if you are not allergic).
