I ALSO HAVEHAD EPISODES OF NOT BEING ABLE TO HOLD MY EYES OPEN AT ALL AND CAN NOT EVEN FOCUS. I GET ENOUGH SLEEP AND EXERCISE . I FEEL LIKE I COULD SLEEP ALL THE TIME . I FEEL LIKE WHEN I CAN NOT KEEP MY EYES OPENIT LIKE MY BRAIN SHUT DOWN.

the poosibility according to your history is sinusitis as the sinusitis cause fall of mucus back in the throat causing the chronic irritation and dryness of throat leading to soar throat and difficulity in swallowing
as the sinuses are in close contact with eyes there are eye problems written by you
