What Causes Prolonged Vaginal Bleeding After Medical Abortion?

Hi, i had an medical abortion (pills) 2 weeks ago. As my doc said heavy bleeding ll last for few days. It was ok. But its been a week i am getting a really dark colour may be brown colour discharge and its very few quanty. Is any thing wrong or infection inside. M really scared. My doc suggested to go for an ultrasound after a week, but due to official duty out of the city m unable to visit. Please guide if anything wrong.

Hi,
From history it seems that there might be remaining some part of conception giving rise bleeding for long time.
At the same time there is likely of having infection too.
Go to ER and get examined and go for ultrasound.
Afterwards plan of treatment can be decided.
Ok and take care.
