What Causes Prolonged Vaginal Bleeding And Constipation After An Abortion?
So I had an abortion a couple weeks ago and I m still bleeding, but for the past 3 days I ve been constipated and what looks like uterine lining and blood is coming out of both my vagina and anus. My boyfriend said it looks like a hemmeroid, but there s very little pain and no burning or itching. I couldn t afford to go back for my follow up appointment but I m starting to get concerned since it s been 3 days.

As a first line management you can take drugs like tranexamic acid to control bleeding.
If symptoms persists better to consult a gynaecologist and plan for an ultrasound.
