I am an 19 year old female and have vaginal bleeding continuously every day. I have talked to doctors but none seem to have any interest. this is really effecting me on the daily I and dizzy, light headed, fatigued, and cant even go a day with out ruining my clothes with blood. I am in a constant pain about a 5 on a scale to 1-10 I have learned to just push through it. I have a history with ovarian cyst and ruptures but no doctors seem concerned is this something i ll have to deal with for the rest of me life because im at the point where i just want to get a hysterectomy and call a quits. General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Prolonged bleeding causes fall in hemoglobin and that’s the cause for dizziness.

Consult a gynecologist and plan for an ultrasound scan to look for any fibroid uterus or lesion in the uterus.

As of now drink plenty of water and take rest. You can also try over the counter pills like tranexa to control bleeding.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
