What Causes Prolonged Vaginal Bleeding In A Woman With PCOS?

Hi doctor i have pcos and my last menstruation was november 23 it last till december 15 that time i have severe bleeding my docter tell me to check my blood count .i checked yesterday and today i got my result my rbc is low and lympocyte ànd monocyte are high and now i have thyroid also .is there any problem doctor.

The low rbc is likely due to blood loss. You should consider the iron replacement medication to help increase your levels.

The lymphocytes and monocytes are types of white blood cells, they are reviewed along with the total white cell count.
If the total white cell count is normal then it is unlikely that there is any serious problem.
If it is high, it may indicate that there is an infection that needs treating.
