What Causes Prolonged Vaginal Bleeding?

bleeding for 4 months straight. started very very light, then the second month it got heavier, third month even more heavier, and now its quite heavy... ive also been having HUGE blood clots. like huge. Does this sound like fibriods? prior to this long period, i hadnt had one for 5 months.

Hi, I think you should go for evaluation. Get a ultrasound done to see the uterus and ovaries. It can be due to fibroid. Consult a gynecologist for pelvic examination. You can take some medicines like Tranexamic acid to stop the bleeding. Hope I have answered your question.
