General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

* As per my clinical experience, the Femara ( Letrozole ) is a very well known anti estrogen drug used for cancer breast patients , usually post menopausal period.

* Usually the patient is having ERPR positive breast lesion for whom this therapy is prescribed, and as there is anti estrogen drug, there can be alterations at Hypothalmus pituitary axis.

* The bleeding uterus is a major threat of use of Letrozole and this period is not ideal for making conceive issue positively. However, kindly discuss the issue with your doc regarding the same.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel
