What Causes Prominent Area Under The Eyebrow And Along The Bikini Line?
In my eyebrow area and my bikini area I m getting hairs that can t break thru the skin,you can see them beneath the skin. Overtime I m getting a slightly raised area over these hairs,almost like an ingrown hair but with out the pain,any thoughts of why? I m a 49yr old female,a runner,in good health,my only illnesses are vitiligo and I had Graves Disease but a subtotal thyroidectomy was preformed in 89 and only 5 years ago I started taking synthroid,my thyroid functions had been up until then...

I really appreciate your concern, it may be growing of hair and it may be due to age and hormone changes but it may not be due to any disease, although you have not asked any specific question that can be answered, what ever the signs are there are not the serious condition and so no need to worry about anything, hope this information helps.
