What Causes Prominent Lump Inside The Ringworm Infection?

I have ringworm really bad used doctor prescribed reams and yet still comes back. Now one of the orginal circles that looked like it was going away. Which has been there over month and a half has a huge knot like lump what is it and how do I get rid of it

Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, if this is the fungal infection and not responding to anti-fungal then it can be managed with antifungal and steroid all together and best combination would be Miconazole with Mometasone hope this information helps.
