What Causes Prominent Vein In Between The Shoulder And Rib Cage?

I have a tight tendon/vein not sure which, from my right shoulder down past my nipple to the bottom of my rib cage just right of centre! It pulls tight and is visible through my skin when I raise my right arm. It also feels tender at the point it meets the bottom of my rib cage

Hello dear I think from my opinion you may be breast mass with associated nfection. So I will suggest you go for further test
