Hello this is Michael I have several raised bumps looks like hey are in a vein. The come out of my hair runs about even with my temple and takes an l type line straight up to top of the head They are soft to the touch. They are on Top of the vein of in he vein. They are in. your question is not clear and explain your problem properly itis desirable if local examination is done by doctor can send video photograph of your bumps if it hurts and painful at times then then it may be inflammatory.clarify if you want answer from particular doctor.
