Hi,Dear,Thanks for your query to HCM.
Dear I read your query and reviewed it with context to your query facts.
I understood your health concerns and feel Concerned about them.
Based on the facts of your query, you should consider following causes for your complaints and sufferings-
Varicose Veins in legs? with Hypercirculation loads leading to prominent veins in legs / arms and chest.
As you don't have any complaints from this, its Ok and thought out as normal.
But still to rule out other causes for this Vein prominences-
USG / Colour Doppler of Leg Veins
CT of Neck and Thorax- to rule out TOS-V-to rule out Veinous obstruction due to veinous obstruction from reduced exit space in neck and
axilla from Extra
Cervical rib or / Long Transverse Cervical 7 no Vertebra / from
fracture clavicle reducing space for subclavian and axiallary veins going to arms and neck / pectoralis minor syndrome / scalene anticus syndrome- causing TOS-Venous type.
Consults with Vascular Surgeon would resolve this issue if needed.
Any intrathorasic and intra-abdominal SOL-space occupying lesions need to be ruled out.
Hope this would help you to treat your health issues in the best way possible.
Welcome for any further query in this regard
Good Day!!
