What Causes Prominent Veins On The Knee?
I have veins popping out on my knee cap a bit. They are not painful, but do appear a bit dark. Is this normal? What could it mean? Also, I have a black dot on the end of my veins on my eye. I don t know what it is, I ve been to a doctor and they said I ve probably had it for a long time, but I want a second opinion. My vision is normal, what could this mean? Please answer both questions separately

Prominent veins in the legs may be visible in thin individuals or it may be due to superficial vein thrombophlebitis or venous incompetence or varicose veins. Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. Get it done colour Doppler of lower limbs then you may come to know the problem.
