hello doctor, i want to tell you that.....two weeks ago when i did masturbate after that there was little of nerve pain in prostate......it remained till 2 days...after that time my urination stops before coming out......and when it comes out it comes freely...but there is slight burning........i did urine test and it was found that there is occasional pus cells....and you please tell me what has happened......and how it can be treated....
I suggest using anti inflammatory medications such as Acetaminophen 500 mg to relieve the symptoms.
I also suggest using a cycle of antibiotics such as Ciprofloxacin twice a day for a week to treat the infection.
