What Causes Protrusion Of The Ribs Towards The Left At The Bottom?
Hi, I have a question concerning my left rib cage towards the bottom, the very bottom of the rib cage sticks out but it also is bent inward right above the very bottom if that makes sense. It is very hard to lay flat or on either of my sides when I sleep so i try to sleep on my back elevated but I still have to have help when i get up in the morning because it feels as if my rib cage is being pulled. Of course sneezing, coughing, and laughing hurts right now too.
HI Well come to HCM I really appreciate your concern, it is very unusual kind of complain you have, if it is not the history of any injury then rib cage can not move or does any thing as it is being stated by you, now the only option remain is to get done the x-ray of chest and if needed get done CT of chest just to confirm this, but prior to this you may go for clinical examination because there only it will be cleared hope this information helps.
