Hello, Welcome to healthcare magic, There are some medicines which are associated with onset and flare up of psoriasis like lithium, beta blockers, antimalarials, Pain killers etc. Lisdexamfetamine dimesylate (Vyvanse) is not one among them. However this is a relatively new molecule and much experience is not available yet. However when I searched the literature I found that in 5233 patients taking vyvanse 2 had psoriasis. That is not very significant and is less than the normal prevalence of 1-2 % of population. So you need not stop vivance if indicated and follow up with a dermatologist as advised for treatment of psoriasis. Hope this helped, Take care.
