What Causes Psoriasis Behind Ears While Suffering From Intertrigo?
I am suffering from intertrigo and also have some unusual flaking in my ears and sometimes some psoriasis behind my ears. I am wondering about psoriasis causes of the intertrigo. and what I can do about it. I have used lotramin, Lamisil and desitin. they all keep it at bay but don t cure it.
Understanding your concern. As per your query you have soriasis behind ears while suffering from intertrigo. Well this is not psoriasis , actually intertrigo can occur behind the ear also. Intertrigo describes a rash in the flexures or body folds, such as behind the ears, in the folds of the neck, under the arms , under a protruding abdomen, in the groin, between the buttocks, in the finger webs or toe spaces. I would suggest you to consult dermatologist if it is not getting better or occurring again and again inspite of taking medicine. It is very important to find out trigger factory . Doctor may alter the dose or may prescribe anti fungal like fluconazole for secondary infection .
Hope your concern has been resolved.
