What Causes Pubic Area And Stomach Swelling With No Other Symptoms?

I have swelling in the middle of my pubic area? No pain, no odd discharge, no nothing. It happened 2 days ago after I had eaten a lot of food back to back. My stomach is also swollen, but it has gone down a bit since. I m scared that it might be a hernia or an infection. I am a woman, by the way.

OBGYN, Maternal and Fetal Medicine 's  Response
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Swelling in the pubic area can be due to hernia, urinary bladder, fibroids in the uterus or an ovarian mass.
It is unlikely related to food intake.
I will suggest you to consult an OBGYN specialist to get properly examined, get an ultrasound done and get appropriate treatment timely.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
