What Causes Puffy Eyelids, Swelling And Watery Eyes After Cataract Surgery?

3 month ago I underwent cataract surgery for both of my eyes. Currently, I experience watery and puffy eye most of the times in early morning. Besides, my right eye seem to have a permanent swollen sclera which had yet to subside seem the day of operation. May I know what causes the swollen sclera ? If remain as a permanent will it eventually cause problem to my vision? Otherwise please advise. Thank you
