What Causes Puffy Eyes While Suffering From Sinusitis?

i am 23 years old suffer from chronic puffy eyes for 2 years and it increase in size . it being more noticeable after wake up and decrease all over the day but not disappear . i used medical cream for treating it . it decreased its size but still appear after wake up and then returned to its size again. i want to know the main cause for it . my medical history .. suffer from chronic sinusitis for 2 years and took medications for it & suffer from colon gas height 162 .. weight 46

Hello,
It could be from allergies. I suggest that you try two things. One is a daily non-sedating antihitamine like loratadine. The other is daily use of nasal saline spray. Use the spray 4-5 times a day to flush out allergens. Allergies are the most common cause for puffy eyes.
