Had 1 st IVIG treatment last thurs. Only slight chest warming side effect during the night after treatment. Went to 2nd treatment the following afternoon. Treatment was stopped midway through due to warming of chest. Now have slightly puffy face that is slightly red. Vision is also slightly blurred and possible a slight fever. Should I go to the ER or just take some Tylenol and wait it out?

HI
Thanks for posting your query.
Fever and facial puffiness is a known side effect of IV Ig treatment which shall go off by itself but blurring of vision is not usually noticed after IV Ig treatment.
My advise to you is if visual blurring is more then better go to ER and get checked but if it is mild then you can wait. For fever you can take a Tylenol .
But do let me know for what purpose you have been prescribed IVIG treatment.
Will be looking forward for your reply.
Regards.
