What Causes Pulling Feeling In Hands And Legs?

I am a 63 years old man with perfectly normal health conditions. I do not have any chronic disease like BP or diabetes. Recently, I am experiencing some pulling feeling in hands and legs especially when I go to bed after dinner. It gradually subsides after one or two hours. Could you please explain the reason?
