What Causes Pulling Sensation From The Middle To The Lower Abdomen?

I have a pulling sensation in my mid to lower abdomen. Ruled out bladder infection. It began Sunday. Only feels relieved when I lay down. Had hysterectomy three years ago, appendix taken out 30 years ago and I ve had two c sections last one 14 years ago.

may be related to hysterectomy. consult the surgeon who operated it. secondly exclude calculi in kidney. take ultrasound kub. with this we wil be reach the diagnosis and able to give proper treatment.
