What Causes Pulsating Feeling In Upper Left Thigh While Having Spinal Stenosis In Hip?

I have been experiencing lumbar spinal stenosis since February, 2016 with severe pain in my left hip. I have had an MRI and physical therapy (marginally effective). Now, I am experiencing pulsating, tingling, electric shock -like pain (Arachnoiditis?) in my upper left thigh. I have an appointment with a Neuorologist on 11/14/2016. Should I see a Neuorologist sooner?

You are right first do all conservative approach if you feel lower motor weakness you may need a minor surgery.It is due to compression if you had done few years ago please repeat once again.
