What Causes Pulsating Headache On The Left Temple?
Hi, my name is Margaret and I have had a very bad pulsating headache on the left temple for over 9 hours today, and I am concerned if I go to sleep, I will wake up with a stroke Do you have any suggestions ??? I did do cold compresses and 3 Advil. I do have high BP. Please advise.

The symptoms seem to be related to migraine. I see that you have already taken anti-inflammatory medications to relieve the pain. I recommend taking prescription painkillers such as Triptans to relieve the pain.
