What Causes Pulsating Pain On Top Of The Shoulder?

Hi, I have a pulsating pain on my left top shoulder, it began this morning, come and goes, but when it comes it last for about 15 min and is getting more sore. The muscles of my left arm are more tired, should I worry, sorry to ask, my name is daniele, thanks

Do not worry take tylenol tablet or ibuprofen and visit a doctor.if pain doesnt relieve.Give your arm a rest in a sling
