What Causes Pulsating Pressure In Head With Dizziness And Blurry Vision?

Pulsating and pressure right side of head and back by the occipital. Lightheaded, dizziness,feeling of passing out. Pressure in the eye and right ear. Problem eye focusing almost like blurred vision. Ear pressure and ringing. Disoriented can t focus. Wake up and feel this right away, throughout the day, every day for three weeks. Can t do nothing. Been to er and ent. Cast can and they find nothing. Something is wrong. Headed for mri. Do u have and idea

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have pulsating pressure in head with dizziness and blurry vision. Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like middle ear infection , labyrinthitis , medication reaction or side-effect , dehydration , migraine or pulsative tinnitus . I would suggest you to consult neurologist for proper examination . Doctor may order CT scan , MRI and check vitals to confirm the diagnosis . Doctor may prescribe antiemetic , vasograine , betablockers or frusamide . Doctor may also refer you to ENT specialist for ear problem or cardiologist for hypertension or other heart related problem . For now take ibuprofen or acetaminophen for pain , take proper rest and avoid bending forward .
