What Causes Pulsating Sensation Behind Left Ear, Dizziness And Headaches?

I have a cousin who is in constant pain. He has a pulsation at the back of his left ear. He gets major painful headaches and also gets dizzy. When he presses hard on both cheeks, the pain leaves but he can t keep holding his hands there so pain returns. Also when he turns his head a certain way, the pain leaves only to return when he can t keep his head in that position. He is 80% blocked in the neck artery on the right side. The pulsation & pain in his head is getting worse. I was told this could have something to do with Trigeminal Neuralgia. Would this be correct?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Yes. You need to visit to ENT specialist for your ear problem. Meanwhile, you can take pain killer like Tab. Diclofenac and paracetamol three times in a day.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
