I am a 41 year old African American male. I have recently have been experiencing pain that pulsates from chest down to my finger tips. The pain almost feels like a 9 volt battery on the tongue but not as strong. Sometimes similar pains occur in my upper thigh down to my toe. The pain seems to rotate locations. I have also experienced a tingling sensation almost like a bug crawling on my face or a spider web on my skin. The most recent thing to occur is a tingling sensation in my tongue. Recently I have felt slightly weak and trembley. Additionally I have had a dull pain in my upper left side stomach that sometimes move to the back on the same side. It seems to be accompanied by a sensation of fullness. It is most noticeable after I eat. My stomach seems to protrude more than usual. Another issue of concern that I have is the discovery of a dark spot on my back about the size of two peas it is flat and painless. I also have one on my left elbow, however this one may be from an injury. Finally i occasionally get the feeling of something being stuck in my throat. What would you advise?
