What Causes Pulsating Sensation In Head And Sensitiveness In Ears?
Throughtout the weekend off and on. i get a feeling in my head like a strong pulsing. almost like a dizziness but stronger. i feel like fainting when it happens. and now today along with that my ears are sensitive. i ve been a little paranoid about anurysm or maybe its just an ear infection
Please have this general checkup at least blood pressure, ECG, EEG can be helpful in your case, general physical examination, then can be decided MRI is needed. Yes, ENT investigation is required! Till then take Amoxyclav for 5 days.
Taking extra time to stand up, turn your head or perform other triggering movements. Sleeping with your head elevated on two pillows. Sitting down as soon as you feel dizzy. Squatting instead of bending over when picking something up if these are helpful, then migraine can be possible
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Sunny Madar, General & Family Physician
