What Causes Pulsating Sensation In The Buttocks?

Hi I have a bladder stimulator that was put in about 4 years ago now it does not seem to be working as well so i used my medtronic controller and turned it up. before when i would turn it up I would feel pulses in my butt cheek and around my rectum. Now when i turn it up i feel it at the end of my penis on right side and a little on my right leg. Is it possable mt leads moved?

Yes, this is quite possible. Lead displacement is a very common complication of it. So better to consult a urologist and get it checked. If displaced, you need to fix it so that your symptoms go away.
