What Causes Pulsating Sensation In The Chin?

This morning I noticed a pulsating in my chin just below my lip. It hasn t stopped all day. I have also had a clicking in my right ear that lasts for a couple of seconds and goes away. This has been happening for a couple days. Are they related and what might be causing this?

it can be ticks may be related to anxiety. control your anxiety yoga and meditation may help you. what is happening is psychological and related to anxiety. can consult naturopath expert for counseling.
